The site owner and individuals that submit site listings have an expectation of earning a commission (from a third party or affiliate program) or profit (directly from the sale, click or other action) from the basic activity of this site.

The Canny Link. does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any of the information, content or advertisements contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from any of the services contained on this website nor the quality of any products, information or other materials displayed, purchased, or obtained by you as a result of an advertisement or any other information or offer in or in connection with the Service (the "Products"). The Canny Link reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation, to make improvements to, or correct any error or omissions in any portion of the Service.  In the event that the CannyLink Directory is unable to provide its online listing service, for any reason, refunds may only be provided for fees collected within 30 of such event.  CannyLink or its owners will not be responsible to make refunds available for listing fees paid more than 30 days from the refund request date.  CannyLink reserves the right to remove any listing for any reason.

This policy and the use of this Site are governed by Florida State law. If a dispute arises under this Policy we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Broward County. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each party.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Broward County, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
